Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. If we haven't shipped your order yet, any changes to your order are possible....but you must contact us ASAP.
How do I track my order?
  The tracking option through Canada Post is available via the shipping method you choose. Those shipping within Canada, tracking automatically comes with our "Within Canada (insured)" shipping option. Other tracking options for international customers (outside Canada) should also be listed in the drop down menu when selecting your shipping option. We have not listed all the shipping options Canada Posts provides as we cannot keep up with their near constant changes, but contact us if you like to have your order sent via a option we haven't listed. We do try our best to accommodate what is possible. Yeah, we wish we had a transporter beam too.
My order never arrived.
  These are the words we dread to hear. Contact us. But before you do, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  We have a double check system where the items in your order are checked off as they're placed in your basket. Each order is done individually so things like this should never occur.
When will my backorder arrive?
  We strive to have our inventory current to prevent 'backorder' situations. But in the case where such a situation might arise, we will notify you when the item(s) are being sent.
