How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  We try to keep shipping costs to a minimum and what you see on our shipping drop down menu is the price you pay as we don't tack on any extra costs such as handling or any special packing material fees. Do to the international nature of our business, customs agencies in many countries prefer or even demand new, non recycled materials be used. But often if we can we will repurpose cardboard and other suitable materials. KEEP IN MIND that the proper shipping mode must be selected for your shipment (large seeded species such as Carya, Juglans, Davidia, etc vs non large seeded species...such as those not previously mentioned). Again, you should see this in the drop down menu especially those we ship to within Canada.

  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Sorry we don't readily accept returns. Contact us to plead your case.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product to contact us. This sort of thing should not have occurred and the appropriate staff will be flogged.
What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?
  We mainly get orders out on Mondays and Tuesdays. When we are on expedition, we still accept orders but will be unable to ship until we get back to 'home base'. Those with Phytosanitary Certificates issued are 99.9% of the time are shipped the same day.
